Versatility!
 

It is important to remember the versatility of the American Saddlebred. At Sunset Farm, this versatility is greatly enhanced by the right basic training that Clem Lee provides. A recent note and photos from the new owner of Charm's Lady Suzannah speaks to how the American Saddlbred can be trained for dressage.

Just wanted to touch base with you on Suzy's progress. I honestly thought about redirecting her back to saddle seat as she was all show horse many times over winter.

But I kept on my original track and long lined her all winter.

She's maturing nicely. Filling out. Still a favorite in the barn. She's absolutely beautiful and has such a great personality. Very pleased with her. I'd forgotten how special saddlebreds are.

Hope all is well with you and Clem. I appreciate the nice job he did with her.
