	First Foal of the Season Early in the morning of Easter Sunday, we were presented with a spectacular little stud colt. This video attempts to set the mood of a typical delivery and the joy of seeing the newborn stand for the first time, then out in the bright sunlight only six hours later. Our thanks to Dr. Jim Chase for his meticulous check out of our newest member at Sunset Farm Saddlebreds.
	Sunset Titleist Sunset Titleist ("Buddy") is a very beautiful, charismatic 4 year old bay gelding who is being prepared for a lady or a child amateur rider. He is gaited. He has impeccable manners and has good stall habits. He is also very pretty driving a cart with a beautiful neck that will make him stand-out in the show ring.
	Charm's Lady Susannah SOLD This lovely filly has been turned out and is broke to lead only. She has a lot of spark and was shown as a weanling to good ribbons in both the Kentucky Futurity and the Weanling Breeder's Stake. Her dam was a successful gaited show mare, shown by Billy Greenwell.
	Sunset Rockette SOLD This gorgeous filly is by the young Callaway's Northern Kiss. Her dam is a half sister to futurity winner Phi Master, and her second dam is a Phi Slama Jama full sister to winner and equitation mount Phinal Chance. She is kind and easy to handle.
	Fort Chiswell's Think Twice SOLD Fort Chiswell's Think Twice is by Attache's Royal Assets, sire of WC Elegant Dreamcatcher. His second dam is a half sister to Delovely's Lady Diana (dam of WC Zeitgeist). Unshown since winning as a weanling, this high-headed three-year-old thinks the best and can be trained by an amateur.
	My Cup Of Tea & 2009 colt Talented brood mare with colt by Attache's Royal Assets. Out of Squash, dam of WC It's Teatime. Her first colt Cup O' Joe has won many blue ribbons.
	Miss Angel Wings & 2009 colt Beautiful mare with very talented Royal Assets colt. This mare was 5-gaited Champion at Dayton, River Ridge and the Ohio State Fair.

	Highpoint's Starlet (Star Material X Sue's Edna May This is a big, beautiful bay mare who produces long-necked showy foals. Her 2008 filly foal, Sunset Starlet, is already sold.
	Reefing (Periaptor X Sail Away Jane) This successful show mare is in foal to the highly regarded Samur (Roseridge Heir X Worthy Moment). She boast a great pedigree with her second dam being Half Penny Manor Calamity Jane. She is a great addition to any breeding program. Reefling is available for $12,000.
	My Lucky Song My Lucky Song is by the sire of ^wcVictoria Lyn and^wcPlatinum's New Look. Her second dam is by ^wcSire and wc Broodmare Sire^rwcLucky Commander. She is full of character and has a beautiful colt by her side by ^wcBasquiat. This colt really struts and has plenty of chrome!
	Miss Roxie Hart This is the quality of brood mare that we have at Sunset Farm. We want to breed the highest quality of mare and so we have decided to breed her early in the Spring. We definitely need a baby out of this mare. We have not selected the stallion yet for her. Any ideas??

	Charm's Lady Susannah This lovely yearling filly is being prepared to show at Louisville. She was 4th as a weanling last year and is maturing beautifully. She has the presence and spirit that make a true show horse. We are looking forward to seeing her in the show ring in the future. However, right now, we are just enjoying her! 	An Evening on Sunset Farm We walk around the farm, see the horses grazing in the final hour of daylight, while long shadows cast across the fields of turf. (our "other" agricultural crop). 	Diamond Deluxe (Sold) Sire: Harrodsburg (by CH Yorktown) Dam: Dusty Diamonds (by Blythe Spirit) Who could resist this great moving mare? In fact I was recently scolded by a knowledgeable visitor to "put this mare back to work"! It is tempting once you have seen her move across the field. But we breeders are hopeless romantics and think of the foal yet to be conceived – let alone born. She had a 2007 filly foal by Nureyev, Dancing With Diamonds, and is currently in foal to The Cheetah for 2008. This baby is eligible for the lucrative Ohio Limited Breeder's Futurity.
	SUNSET ARIA (SOLD) (Ritz Cracker X Champagne’s Song Bird) This is another high headed prospect with motion a-plenty. Her dam is by Champagne Fizz, so you know she has a big motor!
	KALARAMA'S FLO JO (SOLD) Kalarama's Flo Jo is a perfect mount for a child or petite lady. Her ears are always forward and she is reliable and willing. She is a perfect horse for her new rider to gain confidence in the show ring. She has great manners and even tho' she is only five years old, she thinks well and consistently.
